Martin Cradick

Journey into the rainforest with the joyful, compelling music of the Baka people. The Baka Pygmies have been famous for their music and dance since the time of the Pharaohs. Theirs is music learned from nature. By journeying with this music, deepen your awareness of sound and music making and the power that you hold in your own voice.

Learn new vocal techniques, rhythms and movement. Discover the power of listening. Learn singing styles developed over millennia to enchant animals, heal and bring joy and unity. Realise a new way of seeing the world through sound.

The Baka are masters at raising collective positivity through music. Be prepared to experience this abundantly!

Musical ability is not essential, just a desire to take part and relearn the power of play.

Su Hart and Martin Cradick of Baka Beyond, have built a great musical friendship with the Baka over 18 years. They have now been asked to share the Baka musical culture beyond the forest.
